Irctc — Cancellation amount has not been refunded | |||
I had booked a ticket with pnr# [protected] from Tundla to Kanpur dated 12-July-2015. I had filed a tdr for the same as the train was running late by more than three hours. The transaction ID of tdr is [protected]. It has been more than 10 days since I have filed the tdr but neither I have received any refund nor the status of the tdr has been updated in the system. Kindly let me know what is causing the hindrance in refund. I have tried to contact customer care department of irctc but I never get any response. It is creating a great level of discomfort to the customer. Please take some serious measure to fix ivrs. Was this information helpful? | |||

I had booked a ticket with PNR-NO =[protected] from TENALI JN to SECUNDRABAD date OF JOURNY 11-July-2015.HAS BOOKED IN 10-JUL-2015 I had filedin this ticket cancelled but my mony was not return to me pls chack and return me sir .
