[Resolved] Irctc — Cancellation of train 12203 0n 05-12-13 without any notification | |||
I had booked my e-ticket PNR No [protected] on 17 nov13 from muzaffarpur to lucknow on 05 Dec 13. When I reached to station to catch my train Raiway authorities informed me that my train 12203/Garib rath Exp cancelled. They also informed me that my ticket will be cancelled automatically and the refund will go to your account. But there was message I received from IRCTC about cancellation or refund of my money. Now what should I do? It is more than 72 hours now and as per instructions of IRCTC after train cancellation within 72 hours I should cancelled my ticket at any computerised counter.
