Irctc — Charges made however ticket not booked

Hi, I have booked 2 tickets on irctc website and following Transaction ID PNR [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] However each time there was an error when I made the reservation just after i made the payment. While doing booking on 23rd first time there came an error just after i gave password of my ticket.Then I checked booked history and there was no booking made.So I re did the booking. However in my bank mini statement there were 2 deductions of the 3500 was done. Similarly the second booking which I did today again the same thing happened. The booking failed first time and no entry in booking history and then i re did the booking to only find out that the same amount has been again deducted first time. Can you please help me on this. I have already told this to bank help desk. Regards Kartik
