I cancelled a ticket of 17 january 2014 whose pnr no. Was [protected]. Its scheduled departure was 6:00am but it was late by 11 hours. So i called the customer care no. [protected] twice and asked if i would cancel my ticket what would happen and the person replied that you will get full refund of your ticket and said to choose the option train late by more than 3 hours. I also confirmed the customer care person who was on line when to cancel the ticket and he assured me that you should file tdr within two hours after the actual departure of the train. So i filed the tdr within two hours of actual departure. But this information was provided to me by your care centre and was wrong so there is no mistake of mine. So i request you to kindly listen to the voice recording and confirm that information provided to me was wrong. I provide me my full refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
