Irctc — Complain again TT of

This is to complain against TT of train number- 14013. My name is Rohan Dev, I was travelling in 3AC class P1-RC, 6 date-15/02/2015. As my ticket was RAC so i asked the TT for confirmed seat as seats were available in the bogie but the TT denied and was asking money for confirmed seat. Kindly look into the matter seriously otherwise i will have to complain in consumer forum.
