i Hemant Kumar travelling from new tinsukia to new delhi on 22 june .It was about 3 days journey .there is no light, no water facility in toilets, and to much messy toilets .and then i complaint about this to TT (ticket inspector ).he simply regrets me and getting angry on me .and started using rash language..i asked him name so he started shouted on me ..so pls get some basic step on it ..
