Irctc — Complaint Status Still Pending : refused filed TDR ingenuinely

Hello Sir, My Complaint W/NR/DLI/[protected] registered on 21/01/2015 15:09 is still pending. My TDR was cancelled, even if i have waited for hours and couldn't access my reservation. Passengers are not well informed on enquiry. I was told that the train was cancelled. I had bear a great loss because of this incident. I know the amount is not very much but the question is of honesty and trust of the consumer. I hope you will intervene personally into matter
