Irctc — Could not cancel the ticket, though the procedure is correctly followed. | |||
Sir, I am a registered IRCTC customer. Recently, I booked ticket through online. The details are as follows: Transaction ID: [protected] PNR.No.[protected] Tr.No.11013 Date of Journey:17.06.2015 Date of Booking the ticket: 07.06.2015 Place: Bangalore Jn to Coimbatore Jn. I want to cancel my ticket 36 hours before the Journey. I followed the cancellation procedure v.correctly. But I got some peculiar instruction (Red mark statement on the top) saying that I can't cancel my ticket. Due to this, I couldn't get my refund. Even I tried 24 hours before and 12 hours before to cancel my ticket and followed the correct procedure. But I couldn't do it so. IRCTC can help me getting the refund for the above journey which I didn't undertake. Was this information helpful? | |||
