Irctc — Damage of luggage and clothes torn by rats in AC 3rd Class.

Dear Sir, I am Rahul Goyal, Age: 26, Civil Engineer by profession, i was travelling from Gwalior to New Delhi on 15th Feb 2015 from DADAR AMRITSAR EXPRESS, as I travel very frequently on this route so was not at all bothered regarding my luggage, I put my luggage under my seat, had got lower seat, but yesterday I experienced a horrible situation, my luggage got torn by rats and inside there were clothes and electronic valuables which got also torn by rats, and this is only due to bad house keeping of IRCTC, my luggage is of AMERICAN TOURISTER which is not of a local brand, and it got fully torn, so you know how wild types of rats IRCTC is carrying in trains and no house keeper is concerned even, just think what will be the situation of food in pantry. I request IRCTC to mull about this and IRCTC should give me compensation against my damages. I hope IRCTC will respond me in justice because it is the problem I faced from your end only.
