Irctc — Deduction of INR 482 on an unsucessful Transaction of booking e-ticket

I booked an e-ticket from JUC to NDLS(Train no 18508) on 07/08/2014 ON THE INTERNET but the transaction failed due to system fault at the IRCTC website. The amount of money amounting to Rs. 482.48/- was, however, debited to my ICICI account . Their Failed transaction ID is[protected] dated 07/08/2014.
