Good Day,
Myself Sumeet Misra, i had booked a ticket for my Grand mother (age-72) Mrs Shail Shukla and my younger brother (age-12) Vansh Shukla, Pnr No. [protected] from Train No. 11103 from Jhansi to Bandra terminus dt 01-June-15. It was a waitlist ticket which got confirmed and hence we did not had seat no. and coach which was to be displayed on chart.
Scheduled departure time for train is 16:50 but the chart was not prepared until 17:05, my grandmother is too old to run within the train with luggage and look for her seats, my younger brother is also too young for that. I am NRI and i was trying to follow up things from here in Amsterdam.
I consider this as the negligence on part of railway staff as their was no announcement regarding his delay.
I am writing this mail to ensure that these things are not repeated as this may cause serious problems to passengers especially old aged / physically challenged passengers.
