Irctc — E-ticket cancelled but not get refund

Sir, i booked e-ticket for journey from Bareilly (BE) to Anand Vihar TRM (ANVT) for my mother through agent for the date on[protected]. my PNR no. was [protected]. the scheduled departure time of this train was 10:42. when my mother come at railway station she come to know that the train is late 04 hours 40 minutes. so we file TDR through agent for the cancellation of e-ticket. but upto this date i did not get my refund.this is my humble request please refund me as soon as possible. the details of my e-ticket are: PNR NO: [protected] Transaction ID: [protected] FROM: Bareilly (BE) to Anand Vihar TRM (ANVT) Name of Passenger : KIRAN AGE : 59 YEARS SEX : FEMALE Class of Travel : SL Train no. & Name: 04403/LKO ANVT SPL
