Irctc — e ticket not confirmed after chart preparation and not return my money also

sir i booked ticket from kanpur to pune on 8 apr and journey date is 04 jun15 train no 11408 my ticket pnr no is [protected] but my ticket has not confiremed and i coudnt get any cancellation message nor getting refund money.till now please help me.
