I have booked ticket from Bangalore to Kasaragod online on 30th Agust 2014. Got ticket. Soon I tried to get a ticket from Kasaragod to Bangalore. I got sms from my Bank about deduction of amount Rs. 967/- but IRCTC showed that due to error no ticket issued. Again my friend tried from her user ID and again amount deducted from my ATM card that time also no ticket I could get. For discussing the matter I contacted phone no. got from the internet for submitting the grievance. No support I could get. So Please take necessary steps in this regard.
