Dear Sir / Madam I bring to your kind notice that I have tried to book ticket through IRCTC for booking of e-tickets on 01 Apr 15, ticket not booked but money was deducted from my account. Request arrange to refund the deducted amount which has been deducted from my saving bank account on 01 Apr 15.
The failed transaction details of IRCTC Status are as under:-
