Irctc — False Deduction Of Amount From Bank Account

Dear Support team. I am Priyanka Das an account holder of Bank Of India, I have booked two tickets from IRCTC on 10/07/2015 One in Danapur Express total cost is1042.00 Rs. at 7.45 pm another is in Danapur Express total cost is 1237.00 Rs. at 8.21 pm These tickets are for 24 jul. 2015 & 26 jul.2015 respectively. but the transactions are cancelled due to any error and amount is deducted from bank account with out reason. so please solve the problem and refund the amount as soon as possible so i can book again.
