Irctc — food services | |||||
We were travelling from raipur to agra in gondwana exp (12409), we ordered food in itarsi from a person taking orders on behalf of irctc. He asked for ₹100 for a veg plate containing 3 rotis, 3 sabzis, picked etc. We ordered 2 plates. When food got delivered we realised even 30 rs food from street side was enough instead of this plate, it was having roti/chapati which weren't baked, they were 80% raw, sabzi didn't taste good. When we asked the person why are chapati raw, he arrogantly replied that it same in every plate, we said why, his reply was something that everyone does, blaming others. He said we don't cook sir, irctc provides us as such. Then he said i have served nearly 250 thali but no complaint arrived in a bad tone. So, i want irctc to pay their attention in food services.
