Irctc — Found a bee in veg sweet

I have traveled from bombay duranto and ordered veg food while I was having food despite rotis are like rubber trying to eat when I was eating sweet ( gulabjamun) I found a bee inside that this what u provides to customers... I am seriously stuuned by seeing that I have each and every proof which u cant imagine so I am wrighting this detail to complain that we are veg plz dont do such things to break our vegetarian nature I have a document sighned. By your staff..we go to duranto so that we can eat a good food but the food we get is really really really bad I demand my money back .
