Irctc — I have ticket cancel but not credit my credit card balance

Dear sir i have use on irctc payment on your merchant side my debit card i have ticket cancel but not credit my credit card balance i have send txn number


1 transaction id [protected], transaction date - 13-dec-2017 cancellationid /refundid-[protected], trans. Amount-360.00 refund amount-360.00, refund date - 15-dec-2017

2 transaction id [protected], transaction date -13-dec-2017 cancellationid /refundid-[protected], trans. Amount-1080.0 refund amount-1080.0, refund date - 15-dec-2017

This amount is refund irctc but not credidt in my account please send my money in my account
