Irctc — Impossible to book Tatkal tickets through irctc website

On the 29th May 2015, I was trying to book tatkal tickets online for the 30th May 2015. I have successfully booked Tatkal tickets many times before. This time I had observed an aberration. I logged in at the right time at 10:00 am. The website was working fine until i reached the page where we get the current status and click on book now. On the click of it, I got the error: This site is currently unreachable, please try after some time. Please refer attached for details. I kept on trying to book the ticket, but failed to do so. This problem(error) kept on repeating itself from 10:02 am to 10:17 am on 29th May 2015. By 10:20, when I tried to try again, this time it worked however, the tickets which seemed available to us now was no longer available and it was waitlisted. I request irctc to look into this issue. This issue keeps happening especially during weekends. It is also strange that travel agents do manage to book tickets without much hassles while individual citizens like us do have these problems, Kindly let irctc address this asap. Regards, Anand
