Irctc — inconvenience even after having reservation

I along with my family is travelling to PATIALA city from RISHIKESH in SRIGANGANAGAR EXPRESS train no. 14711. Status of reserved coach was so bad . people who even don't have tickets are boarding the reserved coaches. This clearly indicates that irctc doesn't care about passengers who have their prior resevation .. Even right now I am at Sahranpur station and till now TT has not arrived once to check tickets. Thos is the worst travel experience I am facing and shows the poor quality of Indian railway system.
