IRCTC Indian Railway — Amount Deducted but ticket not booked, Yet not credited back

Dear Sir, My Complain against IRCTC is that while I was booking ticket on 31-May-2014 around 11:15pm for the journey from Muzaffarpur(MFP) to Delhi(DLI) in train Darbhanga-Delhi Premium (train no-04023) for 04-June 2014, after successful transaction my account balance deducted but ticket not booked. No any trace of transaction or booked ticket is found but my balance deducted. It is not showing in either transaction history or failed transaction or booked ticket or cancelled ticket or booked history. Sir, Kindly provide me assisstance to get my money back. I shall be very thankful to you for this Details: My IRCTC username is: amjad9283
