Irctc — Instead of refund same amount of money has been debited. | |||
Respected Sir/Madam, During the tatkal booking hours of around 10 a.m. on date 22/06/2015, I was trying to book a tatkal ticket for 12289 CSTM-NGP Duronto Express for the journey date of 23/06/2015.The transaction ID is-[protected].The ticket was not booked but the money was debited from my bank account.Then, I get a call from an IRCTC person saying that the amount will be refunded immediately and then he asks me for my card details and the OTP that the bank sent me telling me that this is necessary for the refund.AND AGAIN THE SAME EARLIER AMOUNT OF RS.6825 WAS DEBITED AGAIN.I demand IRCTC that it refunds me the amount earlier and the next debited amount of Rs.6825.6+6825(Rs13650) as quickly as possible to my bank account.Now as I am calling the number from which I got the call and it is not responding.
