I do regularly book my railticket through Irctc.co.in portal 7 I did not come accross any problem. But when I was to book my ticket today I came accross the following problem.
I am having ATM cum DEBIT card of IDBI BANK When I go to payment option I opt for Debit card payment.List of banks through which Debit Card payment can be made does not include IDBI bank however previously you were going to provide an option by clicking to that option (Where it was mentioned that if debit card payment does not include your bank you could click to this option)we can make payment through other banks mentioned in your list.Today I could not find such an option while making payment.I therefore kindly request you to solve my problem so that i can use IDBI BANK Debit Card for booking rail ticket
