Irctc — IRCTC and indian railway - refund not received due to cancellation of train | |||
Hello, I booked a ticket in 22131 / gyan ganga exp whose details are as follows Pnr no- [protected] Transaction id - [protected] Train no- 22131 Date of journey 29/06/2015 From pune to muv Train was cancelled by railways due to fire in etarsi signal cabin there was not any information regarding refund process at that time i called/mail to irctc customer care no he is saying if your ticket is online booking than your refund will be credited automatically but till today refund is not credited in my account, so today i got an mail from irctc according to them refund will not processed because you are not filled the tdr please mail on [protected]@irctc.Co.In. I have mailed to [protected]@irctc.Co.In than he is saying your refund is not possible because you are not filled tdr within 72 hours. If the train is cancelled, ticket is also considered to be cancelled, and then irctc should give full refund of the ticket since it was not customer's fault. Why to file tdr against cancelled train.Please help me to get my money back, Ticket and mail snapshot is attached.
