[Resolved]  Irctc — irctc doing fraud with reservations

IRCTC is doing fraud in reservation system. I booked a ticket in tatkal from BNC to MAS and it was in WL27, I got a SMS confirming the same . Now when i checked the status, the current status was W/L10 but it showed the booking status was WL/42, Now i am shocked how is this possible coz i booked with the status WL/27 and i have a proof for the same. These IRCTC employes took bribe from agency and played well with the Que and Stack system . I want to file a case against them as i have proof now.whom should i approch.
