Irctc — IRCTC giving wrong information about the actual departure time | |||
Hi, I missed the train on 15th May 2015. The train was late by 65 minutes. I filed the TDR request within 2 hours of Actual departure time but IRCTC people are not accepting the claim. Below are my details: PNR [protected] Date of journey 15th May 2015 Train : 09309 KCVL INDB EXP Eranakulam Jn to Indore Jn *TDR filing time :{* 15-May-2015 16:51:12*}(Filed by Customer/on behalf of customer) Train's actual departure time was 15:45 but IRCTC people are not agreeing. I am 100% sure because I was there at the station but there is not website where I can pull the data and prove.
