Irctc — IRCTC Site does not function properly during initial Tatkal hours | |
This is my second complaint in last 10 days and this problem I faced everyday for last 10 days. The site doesnt work properly during initial Tatkal hours, i.e, around 10:03, 10:04 am and if it works then the transactions doesn't go properly. The amount is debited from the account but the transaction fails saying TXN failed due to internal error or due to time limit exceeded. There has been no response from IRCTC site to my last complaint and when I mailed them directly they said its a technical glitch. I have 9 screen-shots of the site during initial Tatkal hours when it was unavailable and when it became available the availability was not there.If this forum cannot take forward the complaint properly let us know how to expedite our complaint since its happening everyday. There were three transaction failure during the transaction and after 15 minutes when transaction got successful it went to WL. I have attached 9 screenshots of the time frame from 10:03 am to 10:20 am.

THIS IS LIKE SOME CHEAP GAME PLAYED BY THE RAILWAYS AND I THINK THAT IRCTC IS THE WORST SITE IN THIS WORLD.
I CAN'T UNDERSTAND THIS THAT IF IN THE TATKAL TIMING IF GENERAL PUBLIC CAN'T BOOK ANY TICKET THEN JUST STOP THE SITE FOR GENERAL PUBLIC AND AND OPEN THE SITE ONLY FOR BROKERS & AGENTS OF IRCTC.
