Five of my online railway ticket booking has failed but the money got transferred each time. Total money transferred to irctc from my sbi card is rs. 35, 670/- (Rupees thirtyfive thousand six seventy only)

Date of ticket booking - 7th and 8th august 2017

Each time when the payment is being processed the irctc site goes to login screen before ticket is generated and the booking fails but money is transferred. Ultimately we had to go for counter booking for our tickets. On a rare occasion there can be irctc site issues but not consequently and frequently. Also this is not the first time, we have faced this problem in past too (Computers have not been the same on all occasions so cannot blame the pc). The refund is not immediate and unpredictable. It may so happen that the person booking online ticket may have limited cash in the card and/or in hand and may suffer because of irctc site failures. I presume irctc cares for its customers who are losing faith in online booking through irctc because of regular site failures.
Kindly act on this complaint and do the needful at the earliest.in case any action is taken do let me know.
