Dear Team,
I am unable to book tickets due to the ads that constantly appear on the screen.
Unable to check the availability of the tickets as well. This is poor maintenance.
We do not have the option to close the ads manually.
Kindly withdraw those stupid and senseless ads. We do welcome user friendly service.

What is the status of this complaint ? I didn't receive a single notification so far.
And you keep posting the ads "Resolution in 24hrs" .
Poor Management all over.
