Irctc — kindly refund my amount against PNR No. [protected], Date of Journey 19.06.2015 from KPG to LDH | |||
I had booked a online ticket through IRCTC website as per details below: Train Name - Jhelum Express, Train No. - 11077 Dt. of Journey - 19/06/2015 Class - 3A PNR No. [protected]. Upon reaching the station it was informed to me that the train has been diverted/cancelled. In the above circumstances, since my travel to Karnal was urgent I had to make alternate arrangements. I faced a lot of problems alongwith my family (Kids). There was no information of the said train cancelled from IRCTC. Kindly reimburse my amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
