[Resolved] Irctc — Less refund by TDR filing in case of train running late

Hi,
I had filled a TDR for 2 tickets(PNR no: [protected] and [protected]). The reason for filing TDR was "Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled".
I had filled the TDR well before the train actual departure from the boarding station(Train departed more than 12 hrs late from the source station itself).
I got the refund but only 50% which is not as per the refund rules. I should have been refunded the 100% amount.
Please refund the full amount.
