Irctc — Lost one day salary because of delay of the holi special train

We have travelled from habibganj to kalyan by gorakhpura -ltt holi special, train no 01048. Because ho delay of the train we have lost one day salary, 8 hrs time and also cancelletion charge of connecting train from kalyan to pune. At habibganj station, train no was nit displayed in the list and not even platform no status. Everyones time is valuable. If irctc is not capable of maintaining holiday special train then its better not to provide this kind of special service. Even in also, nobody was there to provide fresh bedsheets, pillows and blanket in 3 AC coach. I am requesting you to kindly give the conpensation for the salary loss, time lost and cancellation charges. Thanks
