Irctc — Misbehaviour of staff

I was traveling in train number 22812 on 4-1-2015 under pnr number [protected]. Around 11:00pm I went to my friends bogey B2 to meet him. We were in the junction of B2-B3 bogeys when a caterer very impolitely shouted at us to go away. When we asked for reason he threatened to frame us and said he would further ensure that we are fined and de-boarded if we continue to stand there. I along with my 2 other friends am very disappointed from this uncivilized behavior in an honored train such as Rajdhani. The name of the caterer is Rajesh Sharma(as he told). I am further sending his photo as attachment. I had mailed this complaint to [protected]@irctc.com and even tried the customer care helpline but I recieved no response.
