Irctc — money is not refunded to my account | |
Hello, Sir/mam Its all most 15 day pass from the date of booking. But as its was a fail transaction my money is not refunded to my account I talked about this matter to my bank.They said refunded has not been initiated from IRCTC And one more this customer care are also not taking care of me..
