Irctc — money not refunded.

dear sir/madam, i am gouranga debnath booked ticket from chennai to sirpurkaghaznagar on 16 december for the journey on 24 january. later i have canceled the ticket on 20 th january and in my irctc account it is showing that money refunded but still in my account money have not credited. so my request to the irctc official to take further action and credit my money as soon as possible. the ticket details are as follows Pnr Number: [protected] Transaction ID: [protected] Train No: 12969 Train Name: CBE JAIPUR EXP Date Of Journey: 24-Jan-2014 Date Of Booking: 16-Dec-2013 Cancelled Date: 20-JAN-2014 Receipt Number: 92503593 Refund Date: 22-JAN-2014 above showing refunded but account is not credited. thanks & regards gouranga debnath.
