Irctc — My IRCTC resistration number is being hacked.

I am unable to book any train tkt. since last few months. Today I tried to book a tatkal tkt. at 10 AM but i was informed that atmost 2 tkt are allowed and was not allowed to book any further. Where as I have not booked any ticket since 1 month or even more. This is happening for last few times when ever I tried. I feel some one is using my registration. Please guide. me how to get rid of the present situation. I even tried to register in my wife's name but was denied. Please help. My email address : proloy.[protected]@hotmail.com
