Irctc — No amount Refund | |||
I have booked two ticket on 24th October 2014, and 1 ticket is confirmed but the 2nd ticket is not confirm.The Ticket is of AC 3 Tier(PNR Number [protected]). I have file a TDR against that ticket on 25 th October( TDR Cancellation ID :- [protected] and the PNR ID -[protected]), and due to not confirmation of ticket, my brother was unable to travel, and from that time to now, i didn't get the refunded money, even calling to the IRCTC CCE.they told hope you have travel on train. I haven't check Consumer complaints forum from last 4-5 month, so i am unable to get the feedback from IRCTC,
As per IRCTC Feedback, it is mentioned that "indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint."
But could anyone tell me that how much time it'll take to resolve the issue .
Why i am waiting for my money since more than 1 year.
