Irctc — No refdund of ticket cancellation amount

I had cancelled my ticket from maihar to surat PNR no [protected] dated 22.06.2015 Transaction ID: [protected]. Train No 22938 / REWA RJT SUP EXP. passenger name: Deepa Tiwari, Nidhi Tiwari, Ticket was cancelled due to train cancellation but till date I did not recieved my refundable amount of Rs 3855. Please arrange to refund the amount at the earliest
