Irctc — no refund for TDR

Sir, Through IRCTC i have reserved two tickets with PNR no.[protected] for traveling on 28 april 2015.since i got confirmation for one ticket i filled TDR on 27 th for both ticket with transaction id [protected] with cancellation id [protected].i have complaint several times through mail several times no reply from railway side.Kindly refund the eligible amount at the earliest or give the exact statuts of the file at tha earliest
