I have booked ticket from NZM to ERS on 05 Jun 14. The transaction is failed but the amount debited from my bank account. In the web site of IRCTC under my login it is showing the amount is refunded in account, but till date amount not credited in my bank account. The ticket details and shown in the web site is as follows:-
