Irctc — Non receipt of refund of difference of 1st AC and 2nd AC class ticket

Dear Sir,
I had booked for myself and my wife Mrs. Suniti Misra 1st AC class tickets on line vide PNR no. [protected] for journey from CHENNAI to KOTA by train no.12969 Coimbator - Jaipur Express on 29th May 2015 ( booking was made online on 25th May 2015). Due to non availability of 1st AC berths I was all alloted two berthes in 2nd AC class on same train from HO quota under a new PNR no. given by Railways . I was told that the difference of 1st AC class and 2nd AC class fare will be remitted to the bank a/c automatically through which tickets were booked online. I am still waiting but no refund has been made by RAILWAYS please expedite the refund and inform me on my following permanent address.
