Regret to inform that till date i have not received my TDR amount even after 130 days of tdr filing in spite of my continuous follow up with customer care both at Chennai and Delhi. Ticket cancelled as train was late for more than 3 hours due to fog at Delhi. Train no 12616 GT exp. reservation From KMT to NLR doj 14/01/2015. PNR No [protected]. id no [protected]. Amount Rs 510.00 .
hence request the concerned authorities to look into this matter and initiate process to refund the amount without further delay failing which i may be compelled to proceed as deem fit.

This clearly speaks callous attitude and negligence in settlement of claims and refund to the passengers. No response to my mails. PNR No: [protected] Date of Journey 14/01/2015 from KMT to NLR. GT exp. Train delayed more than 3 hours. TDR filed on 14/01/2015. Anticipating early response and refund of TDR amount at the earliest without further delay.
