Irctc — non refund of money against cancellation of the train due to natural reason declared by the authority.

However the train was cancelled on the scheduled date of journey for dense fog. Accordingly I thought that the ticket amount will be automatically refunded and transferred into the relevant bank account but till date I have not received the refund. Thanks.
