[Resolved] Irctc — Non-refund of money wrongly debited to my account for Transaction ID Number [protected]

Dear Team:
In reference to the above mentioned transaction ID number, money was debited in my account for this transaction ID number on 03/06/2014, but the tickets were not booked hence I had to rebook my tickets vide transaction ID number [protected] on same date i.e. 03/06/2014. When I contacted my bank for refund of money I was informed that there is no communication from your end and hence they are unable to refund the money to my account. It has been over 20 days now hence please look into the matter and issue a refund order so that I can get my money back.
