DEAR SIR, I HAVE TRAVELLED IN SHATABDI EXPRESS FROM MAS(CHENNAI) TO TUP(TIRUPPUR) BY SHATABDI EXPRESS TRAIN NO.12243 VIDE MY TICKET PNR NO.[protected].TRAIN SUPPOSED TO REACH 13-10 PM BUT REACHED AT TIRUPPUR ON 13-45 PM ON 16.10.2014. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MEAL FOR THE SAME TRAIN. CATERING SERVICES FOR SOUP AND MEAL IS ONLY FOR COIMBATORE PASSENGER NOT FOR TIRUPPUR PASSENGER.
