Dear Sir / Madam,
This is to inform you that I booked a e-ticket by internet banking (
HDFC Bank ) on date[protected] PNR No- [protected] ), Train No-
12398, Train Name- Mahabodhi Exp .
My train's journey date was[protected] and that day this train was late
more than 3 hours . So I cancelled this ticket on same date[protected]
through File TDR .
But I got refund amount only Rs. 85 against PNR No- [protected] in my account .
.
As per railways rule ...
(1) Train Running More than Three hours
Late:-
Full refund is permissible if refund is obtained/online TDR filed
before actual departure of the
train.
(2) After preparation of charts, the user shall have to file online
TDR for claiming refund. The
refund case will be decided by Railways. The TDR can be filed by the
same user who books the ticket.
After receipt of the refund amount from Railway, it shall be
credited in the same account through which
booking was made through opted payment gateway.
In spite of why did refund only Rs. 85
for this transaction ???
Please take quick action !!!
