Irctc — Not getting TDR Refund | |||
I have booked a ticket in Jabalpur NDLS (Shridham Express) train no. 12191 Train was running 21 hours late. So I filed TDR . After 1 week of TDR filing I got an email from IRCTC saying I would get 200 rs refund. My complaints are- 1- It's been a month and I didn't get any refund. 2- Why am I getting only 200 Rs refund(ie 50 % of tiket cost) . I have filed TDR within given time limit and I didn't travel.
