Irctc — not having received refund on cancellation of ticket. | |||||
Sir, I had booked 3 tickets for travel from varanasi to howrah (Against pnr number: [protected]) of which i had cancelled one. The irctc account is showing that the amount of rs-1040 has been refunded in zkpy bank on 6/02/2018. The proof of which i have enclosed. But i have not yet received any refund in my account. I have booked a ticket in irctc. the quota was selected wrong . but money has paid to irctc. i have complained to irctc but did not receive money still now.please help me. Refund as fast as possible.
