[Resolved] Irctc — Not recevied TDR amount | |||
Dear Sir As per your policy, if E-ticket is not confirmed than the ticket amount by deducting some transaction charges will refund to the same bank account. I have booked ticket from my IRCTC ID ashu_iert" but ticket was not confirmed and I got the message in my mobile regarding the status of my PNR no i.e RAC . i file TDR with region passenger not travelled due to status of PNR is RAC after preparation of chart .On 21 I received a mail from IRCTC in which they are saying my TDR application is rejected since no remark available in chart .
